A driver’s license is obligatory to register vehicles

Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received a letter from the Ministry of Interior / Public Security 2/272 General Administration of Traffic Eastern Region Traffic Department Computer Division (7/500) No. (128207) and the date (10/06/1441 ), regarding the complaints received by

the auditors that, when they requested to register vehicles in their names, they were surprised by the requirement of the traffic departments that the owner must carry a valid driving license or specify a commissioner to drive the vehicle and that they were not notified of these conditions before purchasing the vehicles and that the modified traffic system issued by Ministerial Resolution No. (2249) in (10/3/1441 ) Article (1/8/7) of it stipulates the following: (except for the person who is not Canst not register the vehicle who is not allowed to drive only after determining commissioner for leadership holds a valid driver's license to qualify him to lead the vehicle and may not revoke the authorization only after the demise of the reasoned mandate and can be replaced by another delegate).
